My approach is to create a safe space where we can explore your story, experiences, and goals. Together, through a collaborative relationship, we can determine what the next steps should be so you can achieve your definition of optimal wellness.

Maybe you wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious and restless. Perhaps you are taking care of multiple generations of family members and/or have a family member with disabilities. Guess what? You are not alone! As a therapist, I have the tools that can help you feel more in control.
I provide counseling to those who want to learn to relax, build healthier relationships, set and explore goals, cultivate self compassion, create or improve habits, set healthy boundaries, and more.
