Since 2013, I have been actively engaged in the field of social work and therapeutic services, working at Alpert Jewish Family and Children’s Service before opening my practice in 2017.

I have post-graduate certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Florida Atlantic University. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing/ “EMDR,” an evidence based treatment and powerful tool for processing trauma and other difficulties. I have studied and practiced yoga for over 15 years and integrate it into my sessions if appropriate.
I am committed to using kindness, compassion, evidence-based practice, and honest feedback to help my clients reach their their goals and generate more peace in their lives.
I am familiar with numerous resources available in the community and am able to provide referrals, if appropriate, to my clients relevant to their unique needs and goals.
Please contact me to explore whether my practice aligns with your needs.
